Ice cream in powder instant 669 was specially formulated to achieve an instant product easy to use and great performance.

Due to its characteristics, this dissolves instantly in cold milk and is ready instantly to be whipped, or to be used in the preparation of ice cream automatic machines.

With a couple of minutes of slow whipping and 5 minutes of quick mixing, firm nice creamy structure and consistency stable foams are accomplished.

Sera from milk, milk powder are used in its production, sugars and oils hydrogenated high nutritive value, achieved final product is a high caloric value and healthy food. Using emulsifiers of first quality, the product achieves a large overrun, (growth and retaining of air) and a high resistance to melt.

Due to its characteristics, this dissolves instantly in cold milk and is instantly ready to be whipped, and immediately apply to the sticks.
